Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Please allow 1 business day for processing before dispatch. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Orders placed after 12:00 noon on a Friday, or over a weekend, will be processed on the following Monday.

2. Delivery Options and Costs

Total estimated time from order to delivery is 2–3 business days. Delivery costs are displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Timeframes are estimates provided by our carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur during peak periods or public holidays.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 2 business days before contacting us.

4. Tracking

A tracking number will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. If you have not received a dispatch email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder and then contact us at support@mynuchu.com.

5. Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave instructions for re-delivery or collection. If the parcel is returned to us following failed delivery attempts or customer refusal, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. A re-delivery charge may apply. If the customer does not respond within 14 days, we reserve the right to refund the order minus original shipping costs.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us at support@mynuchu.com within 14 days of receipt, including your order number and photographs where possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-delivery costs will be charged to the customer.
