If your product is still sealed and unopened, you have 14 days from delivery to let us know you'd like to return it. Email support@mynuchu.com with your order number and we'll guide you through the return. We'll refund the product price and standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the item back.

If your product has been opened or the hygiene seal has been broken, we're unable to accept it back for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your item arrived damaged, faulty, or wasn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll sort a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
